Hemo ?sFollow

I just respecced from 41/20/0 to 21/0/40 and it is a LOT of fun. However, I know that my AP is kinda low for hemo. How much should I be shooting for? I have all those +4 crit/+6 stam gems, should I trash them and get +16ap, +8agi, or a nightseye of some kind that gives me agi/stam or ap/stam? As you can see I'm at a little above 9500hp, and I would like to break 10k with my next couple of pieces of gear. I REFUSE to drop below 9k health, so how much AP should I try to cram?

Also, since I don't have sealed fate, and don't really rely on crits besides my CB finishers, what kind of crit should I shoot for?

Oh and btw, I am all about the pvp and arena right now.
