should i "upgrade" my Continuum Blade to Bloodmaw Magus-Blade for the extra spell damage and sacrifice some stam for it?

imo, no. The Continuum Blade should be sufficient for your spell damage, and the Stamina is great which, espicially as Paladins, you can't get enough of.
best sword for a tankadin is now the Crystalforged sword
Get it if you can
thats pre raid drops and before the arena mace
That season 2 mace is probably the best tankadin weapon out there before Mt Hyjal
