Proves we're fine in 3v3.

The problem in 3v3 is likely just a carryover from people not wanting us in 5v5. I've done quite well in 3v3 teams before, and I've torn up 2v2. 5v5 I'm awesome until 1700ish, then I start fighting people who actually have PvP gear and my damage can be easily tanked by a clothy.

What's the point of different armor classes if they make no difference at the end of the day? Cloth wearers should be decimated in melee combat, and plate wearers should be able to withstand prolonged assault.

Platies are already fully able to withstand a prolonged assault with a good healbot. And clothies are really not a problem with the exception of mages.

I can stand against a Warrior with a healbot, so it's kinda a given that they can.

Almost anyone can stand up to almost anyone with a good heal bot. I don't think they should get rid of resilience, simply because right now, it keeps the raiders from dominating easily.

Will you still get rolled in greens against a T5 team? Yep, but a S2 geared team against a T5 team, S2 has the advantage because of resilience. They just need to up the ratio of resilience:percentage.

Combat Mace

Xecks' 3v3 of priest/mage/rogue won the WSVG.

He's possibly the best rogue player in the world.

Same guy.

No pld, no warrior.

Using both a rogue and a druid in 5v5, two of the most underepresented class in the Arena.

Almost bring a tear to your eye.

He's not combat maces. I distinctly remember seeing a gladiator's shanker in his hand in the tournament.

Edit:

That's not him. The rogue that won was a dwarf mutilate build.

Although I will admit I'm shocked.

I don't understand why blizzard themselves would make fun of mace rogues, but then make them the best rogue spec for 5v5...

I assumed it was him, since he's been so close to winning quite a few tourny... still, pretty good 5v5 ;p

Yeah, he's a pretty damn good rogue. Another that I've seen on the oboards a bit is Lane. He's got pretty mch the most resilience that's possible at this point in the game.

It's pretty rediculous that he doesn't even socket stam anymore, imo.

Wow those linked Rogues are decked out crazy, I'd pee my pants if I squared off against one of 'em. Anyone notice that Xeck's has 2 points into improved Expose Armor? I wonder what his combat sequence is?

He uses it in 5v5 only, my guess is.
