most potent Warlock DPS build?Follow

I hear many players talking about Affliction being the best warlock raiding spec. Why wouldn't a 0/21/40 build with spellfire gear and spellstrike hood and pants be the absolute best DPS output for a lock while of course using sac imp for the added bonus to damage?

It's been beaten to death that a fire-spamming destruction lock has terrible dps. Try the 'search' function, it would have shown probably twenty differnt threads addressing this exact argument.
