Well, since you already have the WW Axe, I'd personally lean towards keeping it, at least for a little while. Though, if money's no object, then I might wait until 42 where you could dual-wield these bad boys with Crusader or Moongoose(MH)/Potency(OH).
I don't know if its just the beers talking but I bet that fiery/fiery would be better then mongoose/potency at level 32.
Fiery is a static 40 damage that proc frequently, while XXX-% crit rate from mongoose is sparatic along with the static bonus from Potency is nice but wont beat fiery.
IMO since fiery is so much cheaper then mongoose/potency and alot better at lower levels- stick to that to lower levels until you get something worth while(eg level 49/59 twink items).

Potency: +20 str = +40 AP. ~3 DPS increase.
Fiery: 6 PPM, 1 proc every 10 sec. 40 dmg every 10 sec, 4 DPS.
Mongoose: Unknown PPM. When it procs it increases your attack speed by 2%. That's a [2 * 0.8 = 1.6]% increase to DPS if you're DW:ing or 2h:ing and utilizing Slam. It also gives 120 +agi. Seeing as you're < 60 you get 1% crit from 20 agi. Meaning you get +6% crit from this. That's a 6% increase to DPS, meaning that this enchant is a total 7.6% increase to DPS. For fiery to be better you'd have to be looking at < 53 DPS (and a warrior twink's DPS will me higher than that).

if money's no object, dual crusader would be better than both. the str and heal procs were made for warriors.
Phantom Blade can be a good choice or the dual blades from ZF.
