hey i just made a new rogue and uhh i need a lil help with pvp skills and also when i lvl do i have 2 stealth and that or will i get killed by just runin up 2 em? thnx :)
I have absolutely no idea what you are asking.
What lvl are you, whats your build, what weapons do you use, no one has any idea what the hell you're trying to say, use proper or at least understandable english when asking a question you would like answered and people will be more likely to attempt to answer your question regardless of how stupid it is, but be prepared to feel some heat if you ask a stupid question that been addressd 100000000000+ times and is in the sticky.
Also, play your class a little bit before you start asking questions about it, no one should have to tell you the basics of a class, learn em for yourself and put the skills you've learned to use.

well, i think stealth is not that useful on lower levels, but it starts becoming necessary when you receive skills like ambush, backstab or cheapshot.

well i have a combat build.. im lvl 21 and its my main i dont think you need stealth that much, if you go into subtley you dont hit as high and basically all it gives you is faster stealth movement and a bit higher stealth skills, not very useful in pvp or in an area with alot of npcs or enemies, id go with combat, and yeah just read the stickies and figure stuff out for urself, dont ask people simple questions
pvp skills? wtf are you meaning the abilities needed for PVP use? that is depending on your build say you are Sub speced then you should use stealth frequently and use abilities like Ambush and Backstab alot
say your sword combat spec like myself i go into stealth and depending if im messing around in PVP or PVE ill CS in PVP and in PVE ill use Sap and Garrote for nice DoT damage
and i cant really give you alot on hemo builds or Mutilate builds cuase i have never used either so talk to someone ellse aboth that

next when you levl do you have to stealth? i dont know what you mean...you can use stealth any time except when you enter combat the only way to get back into stealth is to use Vanish
and the last part how the hell can u get killed by JUST running up to them? you really need to play your class and understand the abilities that way like manyo ther people said before me
when posting you should talk about your level what build you are...if your above lvl 10 which we all prey you are otherwise we will be mad and also talking about what you plan on doing at higher levels wouldnt be that bad of an issue to talk about
