Rogue's = FUNFollow

I recently starting lvling a rogue on a pvp server, now this is my first rogue so its a learning experience and this is also my first pvp alt.

I gotta say it has been a blast so far, its like nothing else being able to vanish and sneak around its been so much fun. On my main on a pve server have a lvl 50 warlock which couldnt be more different!!

I got my first pvp kill in westfall behind moonbrook, a belf rogue 2 lvls lower than me saw me and stealthed, but i could see her outline the whole time she circled as to get around me. I stealthed and managed to get around to the back of her and the rest is history she didnt stand a chance!! PVP virginity lost!

Im now in Auberdine/ashenvale and its just getting better! last night a belf hunter named Nexiz (burning steppes) was tearing up astranaar, she was amazing so graceful as she skipped around killing everything one shotted me about 4 times. As i ran back to rez there was a steady flow of other ghosts also running back to rez!!

She went on for about 10-15 mins then eventually got joined by other horde there must have been out 8-9 of them, priests, warriors, other hunters a mage. They then moved on to Auberdine, i took my chance knowing they couldnt touch me there. As i flew in it was carnage they were very organised and even managed to take out the flight master.

I then had 10 mins of my own fun as i sapped them one by one and lol'ed at them and blew a few kisses to Nexiz as i sapped her a few times knowing they couldnt touch me or see me!!! I rallied support from other rogues and they came sapping everyone in sight, they eventually left very annoyed!!

sorry i have rambled on a bit, but the mixture of pvp and being a rogue is just too much fun! and i had to tell someone.

yeah nexiz the original hunter i saw is a lvl 70, the rest not sure I assume they all were, and Auberdine is alliance territory + sap doesnt put me into combat= fun! they maybe could see me but they didnt try to avoid me, and this i could tell was pissing them off big time, THeir mage tried to use AOE several times on me to get me out of stealth but until i flag pvp or attack them they could do nothing

i've heard about issues with the rogue class, i havent had any yet that i know of.

Not at all. Wouldn't have amused me, but if you had fun, it's fine. I must admit it was a smart response to the lvl 70 killing NPCs, that's for sure.

Careful though, I think that after the next patch, sapping will be considered as an attack so that smartasses can't happily sap you without punishment (for exemple in Booty Bay).

Kiran didn't you just say that the Mage couldn't hit you with its AOE cus your not flaggedbut didn't you say that you were on a PvP server thus always being flagged? Never been on one but i would think your always flagged and able to get ganked at all times.

Glad you had fun Kiran, that's the great thing about being a rogue on a pvp server, you get to fight when you want to. The talent dirty tricks is so much fun for sapping people even when they're trying to AOE, good times!
