Spell Reflect Macro for PvP Warriors...Follow

i am busy smacking a squishy with my trusty 2hander when out of the corner of my eye, i spot a mage about to zap me... best and quickest way for me to swap to 1h and shield and spell reflect?

to enable Spell Reflect, warr must be in Battle or Defensive Stance and must have a Shield equipped. so a combination of this macro to equip sword and shield:

/equipslot 16 Grom'tor's Charge
/equipslot 17 Netherwing Protector's Shield
END

this takes care of the equipment, doulbe tap, right?
so by adding these lines work?

/cast [stance:1] Spell Reflect; Battle Stance

well, i was kinda hoping for a one key spamming macro that will swap stances, swap weapons and cast Spell Reflect... less mouse travel can help for old weary fingers in PvP...

I don't see why it's not possible

/equip Grom'tor's Charge
/equip Netherwing Protector's Shield
/cast Battle Stance
/stopcasting
/cast [stance:1] Spell Reflection

Because of GCD you would need to press it rapidly 3 times though...

Btw /equip works just fine without a slot number as long as your item only fits in one slot.
