Just a couple of quick questions about the above-mentioned talent - does the 30% speed increase apply to when you're stealthed? And I'm assuming it's only applicable to your cat form and not your travel form, right? Would you recommend two points here, or skip it?
cat form, al the time (as long as youre outdoors). even while stealthed.

For any Feral Druid, this talent is made entirely of Win and Awesome. For PvP and solo PvE, it rocks. It will allow you to just stay in Catform between fights, moving quickly from mob to mob. It will increase your killspeed significantly, simply by reducing the time it takes for you to run between fights. Hell, since getting it I have yet to use Travelform. If I just have to run from a mob, I use this due to the lower chance of being dazed.
It also helps you to finish off those runners before they get to their friends.

I am sorry but i think your missing somthing out about the skill that is even better IMO then the speed, the chance to dodge speed helps in cat and when outdoors dodge helps 24/7.
