If you are just entering Kara for the first time you should have at least 800 shadow damage (assuming you are a tailor) and as close to 76 hit rating as you can get (while having 5/5 Shadow Focus). The health and mana don't matter as much as lot as they're not overly low.

I've seen a few new posts regarding gear questions so I figure I'll bump this back to the first page so hopefully people will at least confine their questions to one thread. I guess people aren't reading the stickies, if they did they would find a link to this thread ....

Khalane mate, just send a PM to Illa asking her to turn this into a sticky. It's full of good stuff, there's a good chance she will.

Then we can make another sticky called "Read the freaking stickies", and hopefully that should cut down the number of "What gear should I get for my shadow priests?!" threads by, oh, 10% maybe...
