Although I don't have a lock anywhere NEAR 60, I have three friends in my guild that really need this quest.
If you're on Executus Alliance, PST Skardu, Bankmasta, Vicktor (the first two are me, the third is the lock that needs it).
I think this is a GREAT idea, and will really help locks in the Alla community. Good thinking PhropheticVoice!

Ehcks, 70 horde lock on Boulderfist.
I need help on the very last step, actually getting to the end of DM West.
I have all the items I need, except the DM key.
I also have the Scholo key, if anyone needs help in there.
(Yeah, I'm level 70, not only without the Dreadsteed, but without an epic mount in general. I lose at moving fast.)

Ehcks, don't worry about it. I only have my dreadsteed cos I lucked out in Nagrand when a fellow 'lock asked for help getting his. He'd done everything but DM, I hadn't even done Scholo. In exchange for my help, he ran me through the whole chain. Top 'lock in my book. I was 67 at the time.
I have Scholo key, so I can help with that bit.
