Pet NamesFollow

Well, since the last get was fail, I have decided to
PETMy hovercraft is full of eels!

Now rate me down, because I really really deserve it.

Never gotten a hunter very far up, and mildly annoyed spiders can't poison people.
Also, pets I'm trying to learn a move from before releasing, I never really name. I just grind on mobs until it says... whatever it says when you've obtained the move.

I do like, however, my Dwarf hunter Barry having a spider named Syyrthyyss.
It doesn't actually mean anything, but it seems like something one spider would call another. ^.^;;

I've had a couple failed hunters, but I can remember most of the names I've given to the pets.

NE Male: Nightstalker Runt - Gonzolo (a foreign exchange student from school, just couldn't resist :P)

NE Female: Boar - TANK..Coyote Packleader(for the buff) - Dusty

Troll Male (main hunter, successful): Boar - Tank..Echeyakee - Whitemist (his untranslated name :P)..Ghost Saber - unnamed...anyone have a suggestion for my new beautiful kitty's name? I've already gotten a number of suggestions, and I'll try to decide soon, but any suggestions will help my desicion.

I have two hunters. I'm terrible at naming my pets. sometimes weird stuff comes into my head.

first hunter- first pet (cat- can't remember name), second pet was a bear- named Dagoth (reference to Morrowind). third pet was a cat (Bangalash) I renamed him bangagong. Fourth pet ravager, named him ppurpleater (I may posted this earlier in the thread).

Second hunter- troll. He's level 12 now. First real pet- ravager (I did the trek to azuremyst isle)- named Spike. Second pet was Timber from Dun Morogh- renamed Geronimo.

Yes i'm a ********* and like to take my level 11 on every hard journeys to get pets in alliance starting zones. Dun Morogh was very difficult to get to, maybe 6 deaths.

My second hunter is just a play around non serious hunter. He's fighting in a tuxedo right now. :). Hunters are so easy, I'm thinking they really don't need armour. We'll see if that holds up. While I don't need armour, I will miss the agility enhancements, and this may hurt my crit chance and all that, making the game difficult after level 30 or so, we'll see.

I have a cat named Fang, a cobra from WC named Spit, and my pride and joy, a gorilla named AnnaNicole. Why that? Well, I was in the process of taming my gorilla when the first news story on her being taken from the Hard Rock appeared on the TV. When the news hit that she passed, I could not resist. RIP, Anna.

My pets have semi-obvious names.

Crocolisk- Ironjaw
Raptor- Razorclaw

I know it's probably been done but the first two pets I had I named them Wiggles (a wolf) and Bubbles (a bear).

Got a new ravager that i'm going to name either Rabid or Wombat =P
havent decided yet...

I'm getting a bizarre sense of deja vu. Anyway, I've only had a few pets:

Elder Black Bear- named it Fluffy. Wasn't feeling particularly inspired that day I guess, but kind of funny to see a stout Dwarven hunter being trailed by Fluffy the bear.

Scorpid Terror- named it Skitters, for obvious reasons. I loved that pet, just for the cool factor (at the time, nobody else wanted scorpids on my server, and the black & red made it the racecar of pets), but without Dash or Charge, I was getting outpulled by other hunters (I learned later to pull using my gun and letting pet steal aggro after).

Frostsaber Pride Watcher- didn't last long, but I called it Purrfection. I love its look, but for some reason it didn't suit my rugged Dwarf. Perhaps it was just too pretty in comparison.

Plagued Swine, named Rancid. It's still my current pet. It looks undead, and what describes pork when it goes bad? Right.

I also tamed a Grovestalker Lynx, but have not leveled it yet, nor have I named it. I'm thinking of taming a Ripfang Lynx and dropping the lower-level one. I love the look of it, and wouldn't mind it as an alternative. However, I still like my little rancid friend.

ex pet: Elder Crag Boar - Wintertooth - because I got him in Dun Morogh.

Current pet: Ashmane Boar - Boraz - was looking on wikipedia and found it.

Planning on getting a warpstalker and/or a raptor, but don't know what their names will be.

Albert : boar
Nugget : strider
Foggy : Ghost saber

Boar - Churchkey for his tusks
Windserpent - ZoSo becaused he looks like Jimy Page's symbol from Led Zepplin
Cat - Bagthera (He was the elite cat from SV and this was as close to the name as I could get)
Bear - Bare
Ape - McGilla (unoriginal, I know)

Wow, I think that's it. I know I've had other pets, to gain skills or just to tryout, but I don't think I've name any others. A name has to come for me to use it. Plus I need to have a pet for awhile, and intend to keep it for awhile longer for me to name a pet. Like now for instance, I'm playing around with ravegers and owls. I'll probably keep one of each at some point, but I'm more concerned with getting their inherent skills. We'll see that I come up with.
