You can add a section concerning good resources, like Further Reading or w/e.
Include Murderbot's PvE Healing Guide, some blogs...etc etc

You get it at 20 and when you use it you change into a ghost wolf with 40% speed increase.
I'm not going to be listing all of Shaman's spells/abilities on the FAQ when there is a list linked on the main Shaman page on these very boards.
One important ability of ghostform is the ability to gather herbs while still in ghost form. Even with Flying mounts and Epic mounts the time it takes to switch from being mounted to gathering then back to mounted adds time to your gathering. I personally will now at 70 take time to run around in some of the outlands and just gather herbs for my alchemy so this cuts a few minutes in total off of my run through and area. I have never really taken the time to prove it but it seems that GW also has a slightly smaller agro radius but maybe I have just been int he right places at the right time.
