If you are Balance you get moonkin form at level 40 (or at 30 points in balance) and if you are resto, you get Tree of Life form, at level 40 (or at 30 points in resto). As for the title, druids are the same, whatever faction. It's not like you allies get super ultra Dragon Form at level 80. (No offence)
