How good is the human sword specialization if i plan on dual weilding swords? Can Night Elves use guns?

Race doesn't determine whether or not you can use a gun, it's your class. And yes, I'm a lv22 NE rogue that uses a gun.
How do you get the eye patch......Great Visual for a rouge....I Played in the open beta and stress and I never saw or found an eyepatch.

Yeah, about that... it's in searing gorge/burning steppes, so it's probably a good idea to be about lvl 55 and in a raid group if you wanna go there. Or, hit 70 and solo some of it.
