We are a small FC currently known as <Lead by Example> looking to bolster our ranks. We are an end-game focused guild looking to provide a relaxed atmosphere. We operate primarily in the US EST evening time frame and are looking to build a solid, close-knit group. Our leadership has been part of world-first raiding in RIFT, lead a server-first guild in WoW, and competitive end-game in FFXI. We are no longer interested in pushing the cutting edge of content, raiding 4-8 hrs/day. We have families, jobs and busy lives but still wish to see the majority of what FFXIV has to offer including EX Primals, 24 & 8-man raids (currently only normal), Airship Exploration, & Relic weapons.
What we are looking for:
Adult players of all levels/classes who are skilled or willing to learn, interested in doing end-game content at a relaxed, but steady pace.
