Wild Rose Rebellion is a casual social Free Company here on Cactuar. We're laid-back, mature, fun people! We're focusing on having a blast with exploring this new world, and we'd like to meet other people who are like-minded. We're all helping each other level, teaching less experienced players how to play to their fullest potential, and just having an all-around blast! We've got a touch of an RP-bent, and when we have people on, our chat makes the game a lot more enjoyable!
If this sounds like the sort of Free Company you're looking for, you should contact Jechir Dearmo in game--or any of our members! We'd like to get together a solid group that can run endgame content when we all catch up to 50, and most of us are currently obsessing over some crafting profession or another!

Just a friendly bump. We now have a website wildroserebellion.guildlaunch.com and will be adding voice-chat soon although there is NO requirement to use it. We are a social friendly group and prefer to use in game chat options when voice chat isn't needed.
If you are tired of feeling like a number or haven't found a real place to call home yet think about giving us a try. Spend a week and if our personalities and style do not mesh with yours then feel free to leave with no hard feelings. The game is so new yet and it can take a while to find the right place. That said, we are mostly mid-level, we tend to group and run dungeons together, help with hunting logs, craft and share supplies. The goal is to create a tight-knit community but also to be able to tackle end-game content efficiently when we get there.

I joined after trying a few FC's that were shouting with lvl 5 status and such. Most of the time you get an invite and a hardy welcome and then you...you kinda do your own thing still. Most felt like I just ended up with a different chat channel other than shout, which was nice for newb questions but you can almost always find those answers through shout as well. I ended up joining after a member invited me while we while we were out in the field. It just kinda worked!
This group really feels like a 'home' where you chat with your friends and get stuff done! ...or waste away hours chatting and NOT getting stuff done. A lot of evenings we have anywhere between one and three people minimum willing to do whatever with FC members just so they're grouping up with some regulars and having fun at the same time.
I would like to extend the offer to anyone else who doesn't have many friends and/or is looking for some companions to join our rebellion in bringing life back to Eorzea! Just wanted to do a friendly bump to get us back up top. We now have a group of 8-10 people within 2 lvls of 40, and the people at 50 already try to do something a few times per week although we don't have enough for a consistant 8 group yet! If you're looking to help us get into end-game or are approaching it yourself and want to be with a somewhat steady group, you may be interested in joining us! By somewhat steady , I mean we don't have a set night like 'always tuesdays at 6pm!' It's moreso whenever 2-3 people are online and want to do stuff together. :P
