Shattered Dreams is a FFXIV:ARR Free Company based on the Coeurl server. We are a close knit group aimed at end-game content within a reasonable amount of time from release. We do not fit the stereotypical definitions of a "casual" or "hardcore" raiding company in that we enjoy aspects of both and probably fit somewhere in between. While our ultimate goal is end-game content on a weekly schedule, we do not intend for the schedule to constitute a second job; however, some attendance is required to accomplish that goal. At the same time, we also enjoy all of the other aspects of the game: PvP, lore, quests, crafting, dungeons, FATEs, chatting and more (not necessarily in that order). We will offer multiple times and days for raids so that everyone can participate.
Proposed raid days and times: (Days, Time, and Duration are still being voted on and decided by the current members.)

Wednesday: 6:00pm EST - 10:00pm EST
Thursday: 6:00pm EST - 10:00pm EST
Saturday: 2:00pm EST - 6:00pm EST
Sunday: 2:00pm EST - 6:00pm EST
*Days and times are subject to change based on general demand.
**Raid times may be extended mid raid, determined by general vote.
-This may present itself in these situations (usually in the infant stages of raiding):
-General demand to progress.
-Nearly downing a boss (for the first time).
-Nearing the end of a raid zone (for the first time).

Shattered Dreams uses a DKP system. The same system we have used since Everquest in 1999.
