looking for LS RidillFollow

Just started playing again. My whole LS quit back when game first launched. I have a 25 Glad with lower lvls in Pug and Marauder but willing to lvl with any melee class. Looking for a casual LS who do end endgame events. Also looking for an LS that uses some form of Vent, mumble or whatever. I work a weird rotating schedule so my days and nights off will be different every week. Would have posted on FFXIV sight but because I just came back it wont allow me to log in to forums yet.
