I've been keeping and eye on the number of people online everyday and its been decreasing a lot lately. From 3000 when we got the new char suspension a month ago, to 1000 today.
Is it just Wutai or all servers are the same?

I really didn't do much population checking during the first couple weeks but I have noticed the online characters going from 1400ish to 1100ish during non peak times on Wutai over the last couple weeks.
In my personal experience about half the people that were going to play XIV with us have gone on a break until the first major content update in late Nov. This makes me optimistic that we will see at least a slight increase in early Dec.
