Diablo 3 informationFollow

I'm wondering if there are any usable D3 sites out there like Wowhead?

I've tried using the old d3db(that redirects now to d3head) and I can't seem to pull any information for anything. If ever I can see an item, it comments are barren(keeps trying to "load" them)

Really would like to get a proper database for item information and locations(when not random drops)

Sheesh, I thought you'd appreciate the Lougle reference at least. And all the forums, have *gasp* databases (for the most part) as detailed by Shaowstrikes post.
I suppose I could do another link and sub "forum" for "database"......

The scaling nature of items(my crusader found the same unique shield three different times while leveling) makes for a bit of difficulty cataloging items into a nice, simple DB like that. I've yet to find a good Wowhead style DB. That isn't to say item info isn't out there, but I'd be very surprised if you found something truly workable like Wowhead that isn't plagued by issues.
