Even if you don't, this style of game needs to be brought back.

While watching the trailer, they raised $3000 more. I think they'll be fine; 31 days to go and 90% there already.

I was going to pay $10k but the gifts there didn't include designing an inn. Dropping down to $5k just felt cheap so I canceled the whole thing.

I'm amused that going to the party and playing a game of Chinese Checkers with the designers doesn't include travel or accommodations cost. It says pencil & paper or board game... can I bring my copy of Axis & Allies and tie them up for the next 27 hours?

Take Monopoly. Then you'll always have the story of when you were playing a game with them when someone suddenly flipped the bored and started screaming about *********

They've already met their goal and raked in another six hundred dollars in the time it took me to read through the levels of reward for contributions. I have a feeling they'll be alright if I don't drop that $10k. Though I would like to have my own inn occupied by my own NPC wielding my own weapon...

Actually, the twenty dollar contribution seems reasonable. You're basically paying twenty dollars now for a copy of a the game when it's finished. If this were just three guys in a garage, that would seem like a sketchy deal, but considering it's from Obsidian, it might be worth the gamble.
