Most of what I've heard about TOR is that it's really just another MMO when it comes to game play and mechanics (and I believe it). But thinking about it, I'm not sure I care. I loved Dragon Age, and it played a LOT like a MMO, afterall.
Pretty sure I'm going to pick the game up. If I enjoy it in the context of a single-player game, I'll play through the character campaigns and be done with it (maybe coming back for expansions or something). If they manage to deliver a MMO experience I enjoy, even better.
Of course, there is that annoying monthly fee. But I'm fairly certain that I'm addicted enough to Star Wars that it will be irritating, but not decisive, in determining if I'll play.
And if we're lucky, they'll realize they have to ramp up the MMO aspects, if they are still lacking...
