I agree, there were some flaws in the game but none that couldnt be fixed. The spawn rate on quest mobs... Some quest mobs were a little outrageous but again could be fixed. Yes wow is easier, I play it my self but its a little too easy. I can never get an item and say "awesome I found something rare" and rare meaning its actually going to be a challenge for others to get. In a matter of days and even minutes someone on the same server is prancing around with it. In wow, if you die everyone flips out and leaves, then everyone is classified as noobs and so on. In eqoa we reset, find more people or get more buffs to kill the damn thing. In eqoa you didnt have to be in the top 2 guilds on the server to complete new content because everyone was always helping each other. Every game is going to have its pros and cons, its just a matter of correcting them. If you look at EQ for pc, you'll see they have that ability, they just wont apply it because of ratings. Thats one of the reasons they started the eqoa guide program, to boost numbers in players.
And I strongly agree with the turn over in staff part. I talked to gms and other agents in game about older gms (because of agreements I made with them) and they would be like "who?"
