I activated my incubator and put the energy till it was full to the max, added the dna and added the other ingredients when I started the experimentation and it won't let me click the commit button to start the process. My question is why won't the thing work?

Have you spent all the enzymes as you can not commit until you have.

Also have you tried this web site, it has some good guides...
