Yes, my family is also having problems trying to get online or on their websites. Hopefully its back up and running soon.

Hi,
I was playing most of the morning then about an hour ago without warning, I was booted off. I couldn't log in again after that and received the same message you did. I tried logging on to one of their Turbine websites and couldn't even get those to come up and also can't play D&D Online. I guess they had a massive server problem. I hope it resolves soon.

It looks like the outage is affecting all of Turbine sites & games. I can't even resolve their website address through my ISP, OpenDNS or Google's DNS servers. Either there WAN connections are down, their DMZ network is down or all their DNS servers are kaput. I would think they would have had a disaster recovery site setup to catch this sort of outage. At least show a one page describing the outage to their customers.

354 pm and still not up, time to watch another movie

I figured it was a dns issue and went in manually and set a direct connect, restarted the address, but still nothing.

I got farther than I was before on the launcher, but now I'm stuck at where it says Connect. Having a retry every minute
