So I'm a RA3 and just got into GO via transwarp. I heard you could get tricobalt torpedos in the fleet. Couldn't find any. There was a "Requisition Equipment" and "Medals of Valor" ship both of which had only plasma torps. Do you have to be a certain level for these to show up? If they're sold by a particular ship, which ship is it? Thanks.
