I have looked everywhere and can't find where to start the quests. My Ranger is 37 and should be fine.

Both of those are Dailies. To start them you click on the Daily icon on your UI. The assignment of Dailies is random. It is possible that you will never get all of them.
Thanks. No one had an answer till now, in game or out. Worth a try, am very quest oriented so one more to add to the lists.
Sigh! I cant find a Daily icon on my UI. Looked everywhere, had two friends look for the icon too they couldn't find it.
So, when you have time babysit us and do a step by step to where it is located.
Am a big quest player, so more quests would be great.

It should appear just to the right of your hotbar. There is an image of the icon on the top of the dailies category page.
