Commando: Working or not working?Follow

I have heard from several commandos on the servers says the riddle armor is broken and not working , so at this time it's useless. Does anyone know for fact about this? i wanted t post this on swg main commando forums but for some reason i have no idea what, but i can't get forums to com up after i log into the forums lol, i called the tech team and there looking into it, BUT still i would like a confirmation if the Riddle armor skill is working correctly or is it broken?
