Need some Expert Commando advice pleaseFollow

i went down the commando line of Powered armor to get t end to get advance stand fast, i have 13 points invested in that libe i need to add 3 more points in another commando line before im allowed to add a point in advance stand fast, so here is my situation, im new to commando class and i do see a few specs that catch my eye, i can invest Remote Detonator line or cluster bomb line or stim armor just have no idea which ones i want to get to invest my 3 points into before im allowed to finish the advance stand fast, i like stim armor( heal over time) always great to have another heal but i have no idea on the cool down or timer on it, love the idea of cluster bombs but have no idea how much damage it will do, any expert commandos that can give me some advice on this please?
