Browser games!Follow

I've recently grown bored enough to start playing browser games:(

Anybody else who've grown addicted to these simple games?
Post your favourite ones and discuss.

I'm myself currently playing Caesary and Battlefield Heroes.

The former on the same track as evony and travian but with abit more indepth economy (well, atleast more indepth than travian. The **** adds scared me away from evony).
It's abit crowded which is good for the competetivity but it's quite annyoing when you've just started.

As for Battlefield, well it's battlefield!

It's the same good old fun except it's cartoony and compared to the other battlefield it's pretty simple.
And surprisingly it actually tells the truth when it claims to be for free.
The only difference from paying or not is that you can get other clothes.

I don't normally play browser games, but here's one me and my friends played for awhile.

http://www.realmofthemadgod.com/

It's basically a free 8-bit MMO. All you need to do is type in a character name, pick 1 of 5 jobs (Archer, Priest, Wizard, Knight, Rogue), and you'll end up in a huge 8-bit world.

I'd suggest sticking to the beaches for the first few levels, as the forests can sometimes overwhelm you with enemies.

Oh, and controls are basically just the WASD or Arrow keys for movement, and left-click to shoot magic/arrows/swing your sword.

It kept us entertained for a week or so, heh.

Armor Games has some excellent Flash games, as does Kongregate.

Hmm... specific favorites:
Get Off My Lawn
-Fun, quick arena "shooter"
Bubble Tanks 2
-Arena shooter. I really dig the calm music...
Frantic and Frantic 2
- Top scrolling shooters. Kind of danmake-lite games.
Death vs. Monstars
-Arena shooter with an unusual control scheme.
The Karoshi series
-Really bizarre puzzle games. There's 3 downloadable games, and 2 Flash-based browser versions.

That really says it all. One of the strangest puzzle games I've come across. :)

There's other random ones I come across from time to time, but those are probably my favorites when I just want to waste a little time. :)

Urban Rivals, which I've lately made a thread about. I'm always playing it on both my computer and my iPhone! :P

I recommend Kingdom of Loathing. It's a humorous semi-text based RPG.

Blosics 1 & 2.

It's a physics game where you have to fire balls (OF FURY! - sorry) into blocks to knock them off the screen and gain enough points to continue onwards to the next mission. Pretty funny and good if you're bored at work/school.

Warning: There's a memory leak in there somewhere, so if you play it for a couple of hours it'll turn your browser into mush.

Battlefield Heroes was a good idea and enjoyable, except it had one problem. There are three classes in that game. A sort of Heavy Weapons Guy with who does fairly well in close combat, a Soldier who has some support abilities and does well at mid range, and a stealthy sniper. The problem is that Battlefield heroes is supposed to be a casual game, and the whole idea of a long range head shooting sniper who can turn completely invisible destroys that. Player don't enjoy being killed by players that can't see or worse didn't even know existed. Greatly rewarding extreme mouse accuracy also doesn't play well with casual players.

As someone who played the sniper class the only threat to me was other snipers honestly. Everyone else was just easy pickings. I just needed to rant for a bit about what could have been a really fun game.
