Hey all I finally got my PS2 a few days ago and first thing I though was WOW I can go to EQOA now lol!! I have been wanting to come to EQOA for a few years but something always came up and redirect me so now I am one step closer. I will be creating a Necro and what would you recommend a Blood or Power? I will be soloing alot if that makes a difference. I will be starting to play in 2 to 3 weeks. Thank's all and Yes I will be playing with this name on CLW so please add me as a friend when you see me =)

If you intend to primarily solo blood would be better, can use it like a large life tap, power spell only helps your group mates.

It's been a couple months since I last played and I've considered re activating my account a few times recently, but I will probably be playing the 2 new add ones for dragon age origins that come out next month for ps3 and they will be taking up my gaming time.

Thank's for the advise and I will more likely play a blood necro. I also have tried new games out there but since I am in college fulltime online thank god lol I want to limit to my game playing down to one mmorpg and play casually. I am a programmer in the making I just want to stay focused on the goal. EQOA seems like that game that just wont die and still retain that classic EQ feel. I use to play EQ on the PC from 2001 till late 09 with many breaks in between. Also I wanted to get MMORPGS off of my computer and just have a set system well gaming system that is designed to do gaming. The PS2 may be old and the PS3 very nice but ill stick with the ps2 and play eqoa till it dies and which it should be going for a long time as people pay it will stay up. I tried the mac version of EQ and wow the population was very small but they are still up and going hard core lol. Sorry to ramble but just wanted to say thanks for the advise and alittle information about myself =)

I d like to suggest that you make a gnome tinker necro. They're better tanks then the other necros good 4 tanking, easier to heal, and yeah blood path but i d get the third choice 4 a epic ability since they end up stacing on top of eachother (from wut i ve herd) another thing make sure you max out your arcane resist (ar) stamina and intelegence. Boon cm upgrades are based oin your stamina and ups your nuking damage so their worth it, dont invest in dex and consentrate on your wisdom as a third stat. Dex is useless if u are using your blood boon abilities. Tc n gl.

Hi all

It is possible to add and propose this video game (EQOA "everquest online adventure" ) on the PSN network on payable download?

There is no good mmorpg collector actually available on it, but eqoa can be the first and all the PSN fans will be happy if this thing happens.

And an extra fee for the suscription month can also be required with no change.

Is this idea in investigation at this moment on the SOE office in Seattle?

I think, SOE have good worked on it...
They added good new stuffs and contents
like Zaroan plateau or POS new shards qst....
and some others good things.... I will never forget this.

And I think all this wonderfull work need to be preserved on a
Collector downloadable game on the PSN.

I hope people will support me and Eqoa and convince them to add this game on the PSN.

This is my wishes.

If you consider as EQOA everquest online adventure need to be add on the PSN plateform, please, add your comment here.

Thx in advance

I decided I wanted to try EQOA.. so I bought a ps2. memory card, the original game.. and here i am .I tend to solo.. So now I can say I have played all versions of EQ now pc 1 & 2, mac and now EQOA.. better than I thought it would be..
The thing I really like is it reminds me of when I started EQ back 1999.. I deliberately have avoided reading anything.. looking at any maps.. and its really quite fun to explore a new land..albeit somewhat known from its lore.. anyway.. hi ;)

You shouldn't of bought the original, frontiers works as a stand alone without having to have the original and you will also be missing out on a lot of content until you get it, I also hear a copy of the original game freezes whenever someone casts a were form(part of frontiers).

I bought the original for two reasons 1) I wanted to do things in sequence and 2) I could not afford Frontiers ;)

You still do things in sequence if you just start with Frontiers. Frontiers has everything on the original plus extra content. People say to just get frontiers because it saves others money.
