I think they fixed the issue of team members not being sent to the same instance, but you weren't on last night to test it out!

Well, it's the weekend now, so I have more free time. (As long as they don't break something at work.)

I might be interested in playing this for real when it goes live, but I still haven't decided yet. This weekend is the last weekend for Open Beta

so I've got like 0 real play time with this game lol.
Is there anyone who plans on sticking with it?
I bought a beta key from Target, and it says (I never got far enough in to the game w/o crashing to see) my account has the 2 day Head start and an Exclusive TR-116 Carbine Phaser Rifle
It also came w/ a $5 off coupon.
If any of you are thinking of staying with it, and want my account, I'll give it.
None of it is registered under anything I care about (made new email and junk).
My female toon has 0 time on her. I made her, gave her a stupid lame name..and crash.
well she is #5 toon, I had fun with the character creation. the 1st made it to the Other ship getting attacked by Borgs before a crash >.>
If the server wasn't packed and I couldn't log in for hours, the game would crash when I tried to move XD

I'm in for a year +30, but I don't have the setup to run 2 accounts at the same time. You should keep trying to get in though.

Got Lt. Commander rank. Upgraded to a Science vessel. I can target enemy shield systems with a chance to disable them completely. (Also their engines, weapons, and auxiliary systems). The added weapon slot to the back let me put another torpedo in the back and makes it easier to take down enemies once I drop their shields.

Nice! I was only 2 grades away from Lt. Commander, too bad the characters get wiped tonight. I was gonna get an escort ship after I figured out how to get the credits for it.

Beta actually ends Tuesday, the 26th. This is just the last weekend.
So you have Monday and Tuesday to work.
When you get promoted to Lt. Commander, you get a promotion mission (just to talk to people). During this mission the cost of the Tier 2 ships are lowered to 1 credit. You basically get to choose one of the three ships for free. After you do that the cost goes back up to 20k.
But as far as credits go, they are easy to get. Just go grind on some klingons and sell every ship piece you get.

Pvping is actually the easiest way I've found to get a ton of credits. The 11-20 bracket gives you over 2k for a loss, and more if you win.
I spent 144k on a Runabout on DS9 (useless but cool), and still have over 100k.

I definitely will give it go. Even through the mass confusion of the Beta-ending Event; it was still kind of exciting. (I was involved in CB and OB)

I enjoyed the Beta and will be playing on with it.
The only thing that drove me nuts was trying to switch from my Crusier to Escort in the Sol system and getting raped by the borg landing parties.
The fleet battles we not bad. The fleet I was in for most of the night played it pretty smart and stuck together. If you ran ahead you were toast.

hehe, you could have just of gone to DS 9, DS K7, or Starbase 39. None of them appeared to be attacked and they all let you switch ships.
