So i got 3 games over christmas but i have the possibility of exchanging them for others [mean as that is, the person sincerely offered]

one is batman Arkham Asylum. Which iam bleady well keeping. Wanna see why my friend disappeared for a week to play it.

The others are movie games [dun dun dun] Terminator Salvation {i'am looking at this one sceptically] and Avatar the game [i'am noticing ONLINE written on it]. Now these games seem questionable to me [the last 2] but i want to make sure by asking you.

Now i could technically exchange the avatar and terminator salvation for other games. But i'd like to ask you all what you think of these two games if you have experience with them. And if you have any games you'd like to suggest [i'am thinking of left4dead2 by giving up salvation].

Having heard nothing about them, I'd say that movie games suck.

I'm never a big fan of movie games. They usually suck..and if you watched the movie..you know what is going to happen >.>

I have heard some nice things about the Avatar game, but I've yet to play it to say if it is good or not (yet to see the movie too).

I'd say take them back and save the cash for Darksiders that comes out on the 5th.
It looks awesome, and I'm just hoping I get another $30 bucks for Xmas so I can buy the HD cables needed to hook my ps3 up to my new HDTV so i can enjoy this game in all it looks to be.

Than never mind my post, as Darksiders is for PS3/360 iirc.

i've heard of its awesomeness.

Which is why ive convinced a friend with a 360 to get it. [which means i will be able to play it by extension AND provide my friend with something fun and wholesome; i dont mind being overtly selfish since i often only choose to be so when the other person stands to benefit jsut as much]

Do not spend $30 on HDMI cables. Unless you are going to stretch a cable a long distance, a $6 cable from Monoprice.com is all you need.

I spent $20 on one.

I went to bestbuy and asked them what the deal was with the omfgprice range of these cords.
I understand the more you pay the better? >.>

I bought a 3 (maybe it was 4) foot wire from Sam's Club for $20 and it all looks WAY better then the RCA cable I had.

Thanks for the link, as now I'm trying to figure out what I exactly need to hook the TV up as my Comp monitor. I have a DVI-I and TV Out plugs (I don't know, is TV-Out the same as S Video? the plug-in looks the same ["4 eyes smile face"]).
It doesn't need to look fancy, I'd just like to have a bigger screen for WoW lol.

Batman is really fun. I would keep it.

I have not played Terminator but I would be skeptical.

I've played the Avatar demo and I gotta say it had a LONG way to go to be fun. And after reading various reviews I have heard it is a sucky game and have even removed it off my Gamefly Queue. My friend on the other hand loves it.

The online seems like it is messed up. Humans have Guns, Invisibility, Vehicles, Airstrikes, and other stuff.
The Na'Vi have Invisibility, Stone Age Weapons and are....er....the Na'Vi? Thats all they got going on apparently.

Thats my 2 cents.

Batman is a keeper, for damn sure.

Avatar's game got some good reviews, but its storyline is weak unless you see the movie.

And no idea about Terminator.
