I forgot my password for my account and I have used the reset password option on sony's website, but when I try to log into the account with the new password it tells me that the username/password is incorrect. Anyone know whats goin on here?

So, I have spoke with customer service and found out the reason my account wont log in is because it is currently banned because of a chargeback. I was told I would receive an email regarding the chargeback but I have waited a day and still no email. Im currently a paying customer for EQ2 and find it disgusting how awful Sony's customer service is. Im starting to think the best thing to do would be to use my current EQ2 account but then I would need an activation key for that account. Anyone know how I can get a hold of one of these besides Ebay?

I would call customer support and demand a higher-up to talk to. A new EQOA key would mean a new account, as in you loose all your characters. Don't lettem do that to ya.

scratch the below, apparently it's now $40/mo
Also, if you're already paying $30/mo, get the station access thing. It's $30/mo + EQ2 benefits for ya. You also get to play any other station access game, the fee covers them all. You do however need an account key for them, and you'll also prolly need your EQOA account to be like connected to your EQ2 account. So I'd ask about that too.

Resubbing EQOA only is only $14.99/month.

Toys R Us sells EQOA:Frontiers. I ordered my copy online, and had it shipped to the nearest Toys R Us; got it within 2 days. I also have an account activation code if whoever still needed it.
