Does anyone know how to get more of these? I cant find out anything that tells you how to get more.
They drop in Abyss.

I think there is also a stigma merchant in the cities. Somewhere near the Stigma Masters. I know I saw one in Beta in Sanctum. Maybe that NPC was just there for the Beta because I have not actually found one in Panda.
I also saw a few drop off mobs in the Tursin Garrison.
I was wrong about the merchant. The merchant that I recall, in Sanctum, just sells the lvl 20 stones that come from the quest in case you somehow deleted or sold yours.
