Last night (08/20/2009) at 12:06 pm, I was afk. I came back to the black screen of Bannination.
Got an email from customer service, saying that I was suspended for 1 day.

Okay, that's chill. So I click the button that says 'Go to my Account' on the login screen, since it won't let me log in, and it tells me that I'm suspended until 12:06 PM EST on 08/21/2009. Or, 51 minutes ago.
I still can't log in. My account page says nothing of my suspension, but when I try to log into the forums, it says:

Soooooo... I sent an email to customer service. Hopefully I'll be back in at some point, but if not, I guess this may be good-bye? I'm hoping it's just a screwup on Turbine's part, as I've never heard of people getting permanently banned, least of all for language.
Anyways, I'm going to bed. Won't have much playtime in the coming days anyways, between work and school. Sucks that I don't have my relaxation tool anymore.
By the way, if anyone has a character on Landroval, could you pop in-game and send mail to Ivare, or just check the who panel for any members of East Coast Company that may be on, and tell them the deal with me? My IGN on Landroval is 'Deaun'. The ban happened mid-conversation with my kin leader over there, so it's kinda epic sad. Thanks a ton.
