It seems like there no players able to buy what I craft, I don't know how to make any money, or enough to own multiple harvester's to farm resources to make items. My Character is only lvl 19.
Well here is what I would do (I did this with my Droid Engineer and my Domestic Trader).
1) I would stop trying to make items for sale and devote your time and effort towards getting high quality resources to sell.
2) If you do insist on making items look at what sells and for a Structures Engineer I would recommend Factories, I think you can make Equipment Factories at level 18 and quality doesn't matter as people use them for storage.
3) You could respec to Droid Engineer and level up making Swoops, my DE made 3 million credits just doing that as he leveled.
One thing I would however recommend is that you pay a visit to www.swgcraft.co.uk as that has a lot of valuable information you can use or at least will give you some idea where to get good resources.

i have a structure trader too. i made some furniture and don't rember the name of it but it's the regular crafting tool, and was selling it all in mos eisaly. sorry about the spelling. but i was makeing about 10k for each one. it's a start.

It can be difficult to make money at low levels, but Structures is one of the most lucrative trader professions. You may want to create an alternate combat character on the same server as they make a lot more money at low levels.
If you haven't already aquired or crafted some harvesters, this is what you need to do first. Get those placed and pull up resources that you can use to level up.
Levelling up as a Structures Trader is VERY FAST if you have the resources, it can be done in a couple of hours, here's a guide on it:

You will need bout 188.75k steel, 1.9k aluminum, 477.6 ore, 163k water and 50k gems in total, so you need to harvest a lot!
What harvesters are you using at the moment? There are four levels of harvester.
Personal: Maximum Base Extraction Rate (how fast they harvest resources) of 5
Medium: Maximum BER of 11
Heavy: Maximum BER of 14
Elite: Maximum BER of 44
If you are using Personals Harvesters, be sure to harvest lots of ore and steel so that you can level up to Level 46 where you can make medium harvesters.
Do you have a Vendor yet? Have you stocked it with any items and is Vendor Search enabled? This allows players to browse your vendor from any bazaar terminal in the galaxy.

What i did was grind crafting tools until i got crafting stations then i grinded those untill i got fountins then i grinded them until i got statues then i grindd thos untill i was level 90

i would transfer to shadowfire. there is a guild buying lots of structures right now. i would buy some structures anyday really. Im on shadowfire. named asrin. I would buy a large naboo house. hmmmmmm...... my brain hurts
