Cannot login main toonFollow

Well since Turbine is offering me zero help I found this to be the only place to come for help. I'd appreciate any assistance you guys can offer.

It seems I am one of the few to have this problem. I have been searching forums for hours to try and resolve this problem. I would have posted on Turbines tech support but my account is trial and they won't allow it (gay) Allakhazam never let me down for wow so here it goes.

First my toon got stuck... great! so I tried as many commands that I could think of (I know some games have /unstick etc..) When that failed to produce any results I logged out. I try to log back in and (after selecting my toon) it hangs on the loading screen. So I created a second toon and submitted a ticket. The next morning I get a message back from GM saying I can now login. So I attempt. Nothing.. same as before cannot login. So I sumbit a second ticket explaining that their fix didn't fix the problem. Their response is you have to go to tech support via http://www.lotro.com/support we can't help you. As I stated before I have searched and searched for a way to get back in and to no avail. Any suggestions?

Side note...

When I started playing this game again I wished that I had become a founder during beta when I had the chance. But now after seeing how many bugs (This is just ONE of many that I have dealt with since I started again) still exist, and how **** poor their support is, I doubt very much that I'll even take up the $9.99 special they have going on. What a shame... they have something special here if only they could get it together.
