Issues with trial versionFollow

I just downloaded the trial version two days ago and everything was working fine. I was playing this morning until the servers went down and everything was good. Just before the servers when down i had gotten back to the space port and logged out. Now when i go to play it shows my character and thats it. It is like i am just standing in the middle of no where. When i look around i can see names and what not for the stuff that should be in the space station but that is it there is no other graphics. I tried the delete cache thing on station and then re-scanned the files but that didnt work either. Any ideas would be appreciated.

if nothing else works, could try reinstalling graphics drivers and directx again... might be a problem there maybe ?
