Unable to use HarvestersFollow

I used to play back before the NGE and using harvesters was fine.

now when I place a new one I can't access it to do anything. destroy, maintenence, operate.

Can someone please tell me how to do it? lol there isn't any instructions on how to use it anywhere I looked.

lol.. remember when i got caught out on that one.. took me several days to find out why i couldnt use harvestors or terminals... ;D
