Declining MissionsFollow

Hi folks, very simple question - I've just started and am busy working my way through the Tut missions. I got to a stage last night where I had a mission screen in front of me, asking me to accept or decline, but I had to get to bed.

Understanding that I can't decline missions from the same agent twice in a 4 hour period, I figured it was ok to decline and leave the mission till later.

Problem is that the way the agent responded appeared to insinuate that because I declined the mission, it wouldn't be available anymore, and that she'd have something else for me later.

Now, did I just misinterpret what she said, and everything's cool, or should I rather have "Delayed" the mission (yeah, I now know that's the way to do it) till later, as declining it means it's no longer available to me.

I guess I could find out later on tonight when I log on, but to avoid running around in circles trying to get it working, I figured I would come out and ask, just in case you guys have any basic wisdom to share about running missions.

Declining missions damages your standing with that agent...slightly. It's really no big deal to repair that damage.
