Lost on Balancing the BooksFollow

I'm lost on a mission! I am trying to do Balancing the Books 4. I went out and killed the lonely pirate, and hacked the Data Storage Device. Now what? I can't "open the cargo" and I can't use the Salvage tool on it, so... what do I do?
