problem finding next quest giver icecrownFollow

the last quest i did was the battle at valhales final challenge i completed that set. So now i ran out of quest givers i'm at 135 completed quest in icecrown and i need 140 to get achevement . i think second chance is the next quest. i found the dude at 19 48 but no ! mark . can anyone help
