Where O' where is the spined chain mail drop?Follow

To anyone who has any information about the "spined chain mail" item that should drop from the Servitor of Luclin(zone: Griegs End), from reading previous post about the item, strongly appears that it no longer drops or allakhazam data base needs a update for this item. Postings going back to 2002 show no record of it being looted. After contacting Sony/EQ for help , they explained that the item has not been looted, however did explain to me that the Fabled version of the spined chain mail has been looted during the fabled duration. Well I would just like an answer as to why the item shows up in a fabled version but does not show up in it's normal version of the mob. Allakhazam's data does show the possibility of Servitor of Luclin dropping the item but no actual recording of someone looting the item, so where O where is it?
