Legio Victrix is a small casual kin that is looking for new recruits to join. We enjoy all aspects of LOTRO gaming (raiding, pvp, and questing) Legio Victrix was created in Beta and played for a while as the "Army of Middle Earth".

That is not cool ArrowMonkey. While you maybe joking it is still unnecessary to do such things. If you want to promote your kin do so but not at the expense of posting nonsense on others posts.

Crap like what? Lighten up a bit. Anyways, while I'm here, I'd like to welcome you guys, with one post, a warm welcome.
Age-wise, we're a very mature kinship. Some of us are old as dirt, gamer-wise. Doesn't mean we feel the need to act we're organizing for the invasion of Normandy, even though we all know the interwebz iz serious business. We have fun and like to joke around. As the official, unofficial Alla kinship, we reserve the right at all times to post in any kinship recruitment messages posted on this forum. Its in the fine print.

You know, a better response would have been to throw something back. Something about pirates, goats or an unnatural fondness for pie is usually a good place to start.

Wow thats a great comment right there your parents must be proud! I understand everyone likes to have fun since this is a game I believe in that fully, but to come on to someone elses post and degrade their kin when you do not know anything about us and to further your own is just rude. Why cant you just leave this thread for what it is a recruitment thread.

So we started it by posting a recruitment thread yeah makes sense! God forbide anyone make a Recruitment thread on this site because you are just pissing people off by doing so and opening a can of worms.

Let me tell you how it works, reading all the threads first is a good way to go before commenting. I don't care if people have been posting for years, if these are the types of post they put up, they deserve little respect. If your here to defend a few friends, I would suggest that you tell them they were wrong and stop.

I could've sworn there was a section in each servers forums over on the turbine boards specifically for kinships and recruiting. Hmmm I must be crazy to think that would be the best place ever to put a recruitment thread.

First: Yes, other people DO have the right to post kin recruit threads in here... But... you do have to realize something. Fifth Star has been a guild before BETA even started. We chose the name, we chose the server, we started recruiting before Closed Beta even started. Thats why we encourage ACTUAL Alla users to join us on Meneldor. I'm not saying you dont use Alla, but I am saying that you have a lot to learn about guild recruiting.
Posting a recruit thread, in a forum that is already populated by other Alla members, when they know that there is already a guild devoted to specifically allow in other posters from this community? This is smart how?

Dude...what are you people like 5 years old. I dont know if I want to be on this thing with people like you. give a guy a break. I am a newer player and have left other games because of this type of thing, its really disheartening,
