How do I get lord efreeti ? I am lvl 60 pyromancer

become a pyro, and then buy the mca.

I don't think you would know how to buy the tag and not know how to get the pet, however if that's the case, then simply go into Class Masteries again and under the Master Class section should be Efreeti Alliance. If you have 75 CMs available, you can buy it. This adds the Efreeti Lord summoning to your spells.
Oh, and he buffs you too. I don't remember with what exactly, but I think it's 50 Dexterity and 50 FR.

i don't think he would have mentioned his level and mc if he didn't mean the pet.

Well that was my thought, but again, if he's a Pyromancer then surely he knows about Class Masteries.

I wasn't at all saying he doesn't know about class masteries, just that he may be dumb and not know where to get the MCA.
