Possible teaser video

--though I'm fairly certain that is, in fact, the sequel to Dead Rising. About 97% sure, in fact. Did you see weird bunch of triangles? It could actually be a Zelda game, with zombies!

Towards the beginning the mall entrance looked the same as the one that is in Dead Rising. That could have been a really good game if the whole thing wasn't on a big timer. I tried playing it and lost interest when I got a Game Over because I didn't do enough crap in a day. And they went WAY overboard on the amount of zombies in the game considering every weapon in the game eventually broke.

my biggest gripe with that game was that it was too hard to just save.

id get to a point and just want to save and quit, but i had to wade through a mob of zombies and usually died. taking me alllll the way back to my last save which in most cases was hours previous.

I used to have this problem, then after a long time of playing I realized you can actually save in any bathroom-- meaning just about every area has some sort of save point.

I've actually been playing the original a lot lately, and I've found that once you've played through once and leveled up your guy it becomes a whole helluva lot easier(you run faster, you kill zombies in one hit, and holding a lot more items really helps). I actually find myself sometimes with nothing to do, waiting for the timer to progress to a point where I can move on.

As for items breaking, I've found the best thing to do is to pick up the following 3 books (Entertainment, Criminal Biography, and Engineering), two of which can be found right next to each other, and pick up one of Adam's (the clown boss) chainsaws right after you kill him, then pick up another which will immediately respawn after the cutscene where you stop the roller coaster. Just one chainsaw with all 3 books will last you damn near the entire game without breaking, so just having two in your inventory means you'll never need another melee weapon for the rest of the game, not to mention it is easily THE best weapon to have and will even decimate bosses in just a couple of strokes. You may occasionally require a gun for long range combat but those are fairly easy to get.
