I remember hearing that some guy got Xbox SDK's by dumpster diving at a game developer's branch office.

I visited his website, which could give Timecube a run for its money, and I'm not sure he has really developed a game. The game seems to be entirely composed of walking around talking to npcs and starting event sequences. Maybe there are a few puzzles.
Is he the guy Sideshow Bob was named after?
