1) Press K or bring up your data pad and your speeder will be in there, drag it back to your abilities bar and you will be back in business.
2) You need to start your Legacy quests, the guy you want is to your left as you leave the Mos Eisley starport

I went to the Mos Eisley starport and tried looked to the left, there were two agents (screenshot below)

Are they the ones your talking about? I talked to both of them, they won't give me any work. They just say some stuff but they have no choice of what to say opinions. :(
Yeah those are the two, but if that doesn't work keep going straight ahead from where you are and follow that building around to the left and there is a guy standing at the end of the building, try him. If that doesnt work head to the Mayors office and talk to him.
If that fails I suggest going to this site and finding out exactly where you are with the quest...

Thanks heaps man!.. I found where I was and went to see the guy and he gave me another lead on quest. Thanks so much, really really appreciate it. :)

EDIT:.. Uhh, I actually went to see the guy next to the guy, and he gave me missions. but the guy I actually need to see won't? Why :O.... I'm up to here: http://swg.wikia.com/wiki/Starting_the_Search
When I go to EITHER people, they both won't give me missions. The Empire guy says "I know who you really are! blah blah blah" and won't talk to me, and the Rebel says "Finish your mission" Blah blah blah"... And I can't talk anymore with him...
Why won't the Imperial talk to me? What is the mission the rebel wants me to do? (I checked my journal, datapad, etc etc, nothing in there about the mission)

Sounds to me like you have started the rebel path and have a quest for the rebel guy hence the imperial guy will not speak to you.

Yeah probably, but how can I know what the mission is? Theres nothing my journal, theres nothing in my datapad about it... So how can I do the mission if I don't know what it is? :/
i think he's confusing light and dark side jedi with imp and rebel factions, their unrelated. its in the talent trees as far as i know, you can choose light path or dark, if he wants to change is talent allocation, then there is a profession councellor outside mos eisley starport that will give you your first 5 talent point resets for free.
